If you start your plan on May 1, 2021 and pricing changes, your new pricing will be effective May 1, 2022). Add-on services must be paired with a monthly plan. Filter replacement assumes standard size filters. Office staff can inform you whether your filter meets the ‘standard size’, otherwise you will receive the filters at the ‘parts discount’ associated to your plan. Ductcleaning packages includes 1 furnace and 10 vents. Vents over and above 10, would be subject to an additional charge. Environment fee of $21.00 will be applied to every duct cleaning service. Duct cleaning additional services (ie. Cleaning of: Wood burning fireplaces, central vac, air conditioner coils, standard/rooftop dryer vents, sanitizing, bathroom fan exhaust, and more) are subject to the discount associated with the plan you choose.
